Monster Drawing

1. Brainstorm

What is the monster in your life? What frustrates you? What makes you mad, sad, or wanna stay in bed? What holds you back in life?

Anxiety? Depression? The person who throws their gum wrapper on the ground?  

2. Sketch out your ideas

What does your monster look like? ​Does it have ears, a nose, or hands? Does it have scales or claws? Is it holding any object?

* If you choose to trace from other sources, you must combine at least 5 different sources.

3. Color Choices

Before you begin coloring and shading your monster you need to think about your color choices. Look up what the color represents and what emotion it is connected with. Click the link below:

Create a background for your monster. Think about your color choice.
