What is the monster in your life? What frustrates you? What makes you mad, sad, or wanna stay in bed? What holds you back in life?
Anxiety? Depression? The person who throws their gum wrapper on the ground?
2. Sketch out your ideas
What does your monster look like? Does it have ears, a nose, or hands? Does it have scales or claws? Is it holding any object?
